Q. How far in advance do I have to book a Marhaba service?
A. Book 48-hours in advance of flight time and receive immediate confirmation. If you book less than 48-hours of flight arrival/departure to/from Dubai International Airport, booking will be subject to confirmation.

Q. Will my booking be confirmed immediately?
A. Yes, only if booked 48-hours in advance of flight arrival/departure to/from Dubai International Airport.

Q. Can I alter my booking once it has been made? If so, how do I do this?
A. Yes, alterations will be accepted only if made a minimum of 24 hours in advance of flight arrival/departure to/from Dubai International Airport.

Q. What is the procedure to apply for Dubai Visa?
A. If an individual is qualifying as per the eligibility criteria, he can download the form from the website, fill it up and send it across to the nearest Visa Application Centre.

Q. If a passenger is traveling after three months, when can he process his visa?
A. A passenger can apply for his visa a maximum of 2 months prior to his date of travel. Since the visa is valid for 60 days from the date of issue it would not be possible for us to process it 90 days in advance or else the visa would expire come the date of travel.

Q. Passenger is traveling on Emirates, can you process his visa?
A. Yes we process visa for all airlines. But we have a separate processing centre, for passengers traveling on Emirates i.e. DVPC. It is the choice of the applicant where he prefers to apply for his visa from.

Q. Is the visa fee inclusive of all the charges or any additional service charges are charged?
A. The visa fees are inclusive of all the charges, and there are no additional charges for the same. The fees are payable through Demand Draft.

Q. Are the visa fees same for infants?
A. Yes. The visa fees are same for an infant or an adult passenger.

Q. What type of visa is it?
A. It is a Paper visa. It is not an electronic visa or visa that is stamped on the passport.

Q. Is it a single or a multi entry visa?
A. It is a single entry visa.

Q. Can the entry & exit, be from any airport of UAE?
A. The entry and exit of the passenger has to be from the Dubai Airport only. But he / she is permitted to go to any part of UAE by any other means.

Q. Do you'll process work permit / residence visa?
A. We do not process work permit / residence visa, we process visit visa only.

Q. Can you FAX / Email the visa to us?
A.We cannot fax the visa but we can email it to the client subject to terms and conditions mentioned on the application form.
