Guideline

Mandatory requirements:

1. Original Passport (Valid for atleast 6 months) + Photocopy
2. Return / Onward air ticket (Confirm) original + photocopy
3. Application form duly filled and signed by applicant
4. Visa Fees vide Demand Draft drawn in favour of "Deutsche Bank A/C 0568709-00-0, payable in Mumbai.
5. Photo should be colored and clear, matt finished size 4.3 x 5.5 cms.
   (DD should be drawn by a nationalized bank only, we regret our inability accepting cooperative bank DD's)
